Rodelindo Roman

Rodelindo Román is a Chilean Football club, their home town is San Joaquín, Santiago. They currently play in the third level of Chilean football, the Segunda División.

The club were founded on November 16, 1956 and participated for 1 year in Tercera División A and 2 year in Cuarta División.

It was the first club of midfielder Arturo Vidal, who became its owner in 2016.

Rodelindo Román est un club de football chilien basé à San Joaquín. Il a été fondé le 17 mars 1951. Le club évolue actuellement dans la deuxième division chilienne.

Le Rodelindo Román est surnommé "El Cacique" (le cacique) en raison de son histoire liée au peuple mapuche. Le club a en effet été fondé par des travailleurs agricoles mapuches qui vivaient dans le secteur de La Legua, à Santiago.

Le Rodelindo Román a remporté une fois la deuxième division chilienne, en 1972. Il a également atteint la finale de la Copa Chile en 1985, mais s'est incliné face à Colo-Colo.

Les couleurs du Rodelindo Román sont le rouge et le noir. Le club joue ses matchs à domicile au stade Municipal de La Pintana.
