Deportivo Paraguayo

Club Atlético Deportivo Paraguayo is an Argentine football club, founded in 1961 by the Paraguayan community living in Buenos Aires. The team currently plays at Primera D, the fourth division of Argentine football league system.

The club's building is often used for cultural acts such as speeches about Paraguayan history and performance of traditional Paraguayan dances. The team does not have an own stadium, so they generally play its home games at the venues of Liniers and Atlas.

**Deportivo Paraguayo** est un club de football argentin basé à Asunción, dans le département de Presidente Hayes. Fondé en 1913, il évolue actuellement en Primera División, la première division du championnat argentin.

Le club a remporté un titre de champion d'Argentine en 1964 et deux titres de Copa Argentina en 1949 et 1969. Il compte également à son palmarès plusieurs titres régionaux, notamment le Campeonato del Interior en 1970 et 1971.

Deportivo Paraguayo est connu pour son style de jeu offensif et sa formation de jeunes joueurs. Le club dispose d'un centre de formation réputé qui a produit de nombreux joueurs de renom, notamment Arsenio Erico, José Montiel et Roberto Cabañas.

Le stade du club, le Estadio Pedro Bidegain, a une capacité de 25 000 spectateurs. Il est surnommé "El Bosque" (la forêt) en raison des nombreux arbres qui l'entourent.
