Wikipedia - Borussia Dortmund Youth Sector
Borussia Dortmund Youth Sector is the youth set-up of Borussia Dortmund. The club operates the system for boys from the age of nine upwards and a total of 15 youth teams. Home games are staged at the club's training ground Hohenbuschei.
Lars Ricken, a former Dortmund player and German international, has been the youth coordinator since 2008.
The youth team has educated many players who have become regulars in the Bundesliga and the Germany national football team, such as Eike Immel, Lars Ricken and the current club Director for Sport Michael Zorc. Most recent graduates include first team regulars Marco Reus, Nuri Şahin and Marcel Schmelzer. The club has notably produced World Cup champions Mario Götze and Kevin Großkreutz.
Borussia Dortmund - U19, également connu sous le nom de BVB U19, est une équipe de football allemande basée à Dortmund, en Westphalie. Elle est l'équipe de jeunes des moins de 19 ans du Borussia Dortmund et évolue dans la Bundesliga U19, le plus haut niveau du football des moins de 19 ans en Allemagne. Le BVB U19 est une équipe très performante, ayant remporté plusieurs titres de Bundesliga U19 et de Coupe d'Allemagne des moins de 19 ans. L'équipe a également participé à l'UEFA Youth League, la plus haute compétition européenne pour les équipes des moins de 19 ans, et a atteint les demi-finales en 2017. Le BVB U19 est connu pour son style de jeu offensif et ses joueurs talentueux, dont plusieurs ont été promus dans l'équipe première du Borussia Dortmund.
