Basco Othukkungal est un joueur de football indien qui évolue au poste de gardien de but. Il joue actuellement pour le club indien du FC Goa.

Othukkungal a commencé sa carrière au Tata Football Academy à l'âge de 15 ans. En 2013, il signe son premier contrat professionnel avec le FC Pune City. Il a ensuite joué pour le Kerala Blasters FC et le FC Goa.

Othukkungal a été sélectionné pour l'équipe nationale indienne en 2016. Il a fait ses débuts internationaux lors d'un match amical contre le Népal. Il a depuis représenté l'Inde dans plusieurs matches internationaux, notamment la Coupe d'Asie 2019.

Othukkungal est un gardien de but talentueux qui est connu pour ses réflexes rapides et ses capacités de distribution. Il est considéré comme l'un des meilleurs gardiens de but en Inde.
