Otago University AFC is a semi-professional association football club in Dunedin, New Zealand. The Men's First team competes in the Southern Premier League and has previously competed in the Southern League. The Women's First Team competes in the Women's South Island League.

The club is affiliated with the Otago University Students' Association, and not directly affiliated to the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand; it is one of the oldest clubs associated with the University of Otago, established in 1939. They are based at Logan Park in an area immediately beside the university campus, and play their home fixtures at the nearby Caledonian Ground. The men's first team also participates in the Chatham Cup, New Zealand's premier knockout tournament. The Women's First team competes in the Kate Sheppard Cup. As a member of Southern Football, the club was also affiliated with Southern United of the New Zealand Football Championship.

The clubs best run in the Chatham Cup was in 2014 where they made it to the final 16 before losing 0–1 to Dunedin Technical. However in the 2021 edition, the club made the quarter-finals for the first time, facing North Shore United away.

The club strip is traditionally the Otago region colours of blue and varsity gold, the away strip is traditionally baby blue.

L'Otago University a été fondé en 1905 et est l'un des plus anciens clubs de football de Nouvelle-Zélande. Le club a remporté le championnat national de football à quatre reprises, en 1909, 1910, 1913 et 1925. Otago a également remporté la Chatham Cup, la coupe nationale de Nouvelle-Zélande, à deux reprises, en 1923 et 1946.

Le club évolue au Forsyth Barr Stadium, un stade multifonctionnel situé à Dunedin. Le stade a une capacité de 30 748 personnes et a accueilli des matchs de la Coupe du monde féminine de football 2015.

L'Otago University a une longue histoire de production de joueurs de football de qualité. Les anciens joueurs notables incluent Duncan Oughton, qui a marqué le premier but de la Nouvelle-Zélande lors d'une Coupe du monde, et Wynton Rufer, qui a été le meilleur buteur de la Nouvelle-Zélande lors de la Coupe du monde 1982.

Le club est actuellement entraîné par Robbie Robinson. Robinson est un ancien joueur de football international néo-zélandais qui a représenté le pays à 55 reprises.
