**Histoire**

Le club a été fondé en 1927 sous le nom de Sokol Bohunice et a changé de nom en Tatran Bohunice en 1950. Le club a passé la majeure partie de son histoire dans les divisions inférieures du football tchèque, n'ayant fait son entrée en troisième division qu'en 2015.
